Petersen Meats is a family owned farm effort from Southwestern Minnesota, coordinating with only the best butcher shops and a small team.

 

Brittany P. is the chief of sales and our main customer service person. We could not do this without her, she is the heart of the business that keeps us going!!

Jon P. is the Big Cheese as the Farmer and the man who coordinates with Butcher Shops. Obviously he is the backbone that keeps us stable!!

Conner F. is the artistic hand responsible for bundles, fliers, the site, and other behind the scenes work.

​

Lisa is our main driver, heading out there and championing across the country to bring you your product.

Some of our fantastic butcher shops include: The Meat Center (Appleton), Al's Butcher Shop (Belgrade), Carlson Meats (Grove City). All are great at processing our animals proper & ensuring the best!!
