Non-confinement, raised on grass, alfalfa, minerals, and finished on grain. Hormone free, antibiotic free, allowed to live it good. Never force fed anything to make them fat.

When butchered we let them hang for at least 14 days to Dry Age. This increases the tenderness and the flavor of the meat.

When allowed to free roam, it will taste so much richer. It beats confinement barn pigs, morally and flavorfully.

Lamb is definitely something different; but it has such a unique taste. Even for those who hate gameness, there are ways to take that strong flavor out to keep it all lamb.

Confinement-free once old enough to get out the door. We shelter them in a large bird barn during bad weather to keep them safe, especially in the colder months. Raised on a specialized feed, natural feed.

When Poultry is allowed to go around the town on its own, it kicks up the flavor and juiciness a notch or several. We prefer to let them roam; but we are not afraid to usher them someplace safe when it gets too rough out for them. Even inside they are allowed to roam freely in special bedding.

Purely organic from cage-free birds. Well taken care-of birds produce the best farm fresh eggs, no question about it.
